Words fail me, I wish they'd failed Ray Hudson.
Agreed, but the sheer number of his similes and metaphors made me wonder just how he manages to cram them all in. He can't be making them up on the spot (can he?)

How about this lyrical gem: the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a fascistic totalitarian monarchy which, having laundered wealth for a small caste of its aristos through exploiting the random luck of sitting on apocalyptic petrochemicals, is now attempting to launder its reputation by ravaging the culture of other countries so that, unless you're either horrifically rich or a really loyal serf, there's really nothing to live for anymore.

Maybe noted elsewhere, but it appears that Joe has lost his starting slot at City. He did start the CL game tonight, but aside from a Carabao Cup start a little while back, he has not started for a long time and has not started in the league since August, I believe. Poor soul.

We've seen it all before at Newcastle, stonking win in Europe, hysterical support, even more hysterical media. Being told that they're everybody's second favourite team. A game of football swamped by a tidal wave of hyperbole and bullshit. Why do you support Lincoln anyway? Accrington Stanley? Who are they? You'll never be as loyal or passionate as the "Toon" so don't even bother.

Looking on with a cynical eye, one would be tempted to smile until you recall the murderous regime.

I might be wrong, and I know he is a 100%tool, but it looks like he gets up waving his arms as if to say he never touched me. Pity the clip was not a few seconds longer

The keepers foot is also unusually high, bamford has to swerve that or risk losing a testicle.

Doku is a proper winger.

Yeah I agree that the keeper was reckless there even if he didn't make contact

Ridiculous comparison. At one point the parklife lad 'thinks about leaving the house'.

Grealish was out for nearly a month with injury.

3 games over 20 days.

But noticeable Doku is overtaking him as the creator on the left with more goals and assists in about the same amount of playing time.
