My mate is occasionally on the H&J show. He's also a listener. He assumed that Jacobs would be a bit of a tit because, well, he can come across that way when he's upset about the football, but he is effusive about him as a bloke. He says he's really kind  and welcoming, whereas the other one is a bit remote and businesslike.
