Other Games - 2023/24
« on: June 12, 2023, 04:31:46 PM »
I was going to wait until the announcement of fixtures before setting up the 2023/24 thread.

However, since last season's thread has been moved......yer tis

My first game in person will probably Lincoln City's pre-season match with Rotherham

Is that a match at the end of the 22/23 season, or the start of the 23/24 season?

The USA v Mexico CONCACAF Nations League semi-final was 'interesting'. America won 3-0 but it ended 9-a-side and early because of homophobic chanting in the crowd.

I always thought 'Puta' meant whore.

I think it can be used to mean a few things in English, not 100%.

I know it was used a lot in the series ‘Queen of the South’ Great series, too.

Guehi is a decent player, no problem with him being picked, it's sticking with Maguire that's the problem.
