Tielemans is such a good and important player for us. In the last two games I’ve genuinely wondered if he’s unwell or something. He’s been absolutely hopeless. Now, given he’s obviously class, I really hope it’s something he can snap out of for Thursday.
Like with Kamara, teams know that if they can stop Tielemans playing, Villa doesn't get going. forest and spuds squeezed him out of the game.

I dont understand why we havent used luiz more - he has looked fine to me when he had played - and could take some of the pressure of Youri and Rogers (by Youri then playing further forward).  I know he isnt always the great with kamara but surely he has got to be better than bogarde.

Bogarde is a strange one - as he probably needs to play regularly to develop more but hes not good enough to do that for us currently - so he will probably be sold

Bogarde is shite, I'd rather have Luiz in and I'm not a big fan of him.

Had a poor season compared to last, doesn’t seem to have recovered from his injury putting in 6/10 performances at best (3 last night) when we need 8 or 9s

Happy Birthday Youri. You know what you and the team need to do celebrate it.

He hasn’t been at the levels we have seen in the past. The injury, maybe a more reserved position in our system this season, but he doesn’t half love a goal in a big match. The Leicester one was special but this one tonight, in conjunction with the overall move was simply superb.

Reckon that goal goes down as one of the greatest we've ever scored.

Absolutely. Will always be amongst the best ever. We all talk rightly about Peter Withe. But this one was something else start to finish.

Not sure I've seen it mentioned - but a better version of the opener against Young Boys last season.

All three goals had different top class qualities. The choreography and finish for the first, the Buendia "poke" with his left and the ball going from our short goal kick to their net via Emi1, Konsa, McGinn, Tielemans, Digne, and Emi2.

However if Buendia had finished the 4th, I think that would have been the best one.
