Peter Beardsley?
He mentioned "when he was at Leeds"

I think Paul is right regarding Woodgate

Nah, SE is right, it's Bridges, he's posted a picture of himself on twitter.

Bye house.

He's a twat anyway.

Great first half in the main, well deserved lead. Ref just will not give Fabinho or Henderson a yellow for all these breakaway-stopping fouls, weird but not surprising.

The most annoying commentary I've ever heard in my entire life.  You'd think we'd been under siege for 52 minutes, whereas we've played all the best football and are deservedly ahead - if it were another it wouldn't flatter us.  They will get a penalty / Mings sent off second half, guaranteed.  We can win this.  C'mon Villa!

Great half from our boys.

We need to have a think about our  penalty taker though. Ollie's record taking penalties is very ordinary to say the least.

Not hitting the target is desperate.

Still, come on boys. Pretty much 45 minutes away from Europe as it stands.

Liverpool know they can persistently foul and get away with it. Apart from the several Fabinho instances, Henderson made a disgusting challenge which would have been an instant yellow in the other direction.

I thought that was an absolute brilliant first half and they’re taken aback how good we are.
If we can nick a second - wow
That referee is letting too much go.
At least 3 times I’ve gone what a twat at the co-commentary.
So pleased with the line up and Kamara - kudos coming back just when we needed

Yep, ref has let them get away with murder. What a surprise.

He needs to get dressed the slacky tracky cap-wearing scruff.

In terms of high pressure games that's probably one of the best all round performances I've ever seen from us.

Disappointing just to score once and we've limited them to very little.

Need to tell Mings to cool things. Was a crazy risk going in with that force and on other days the ref would've been sent to the monitor.

These are "Clever challenges" can we not say things as they are its cheating.
