Villa t-shirts going cheap
« on: May 01, 2023, 10:18:45 AM »
No connection at all with this lot, but I bought a (very nice, high quality) World In Motion themed t-shirt from these the other day and just noticed this.

They're doing 2 for £30 on all t-shirts, ends today.

Villa selection here: https://www.footballdevotion.com/collections/aston-villa

Their non club-specific designs are also very nice.

A word of warning - the XXL shirts are fucking HUGE. I'm a big lad and can't remember the last time I bought a t-shirt which wasn't XXL but had to send back for an XL.

I fancy the AV Floodlights but he other Villa T-shirts don't do it for me, even God as a Subbuteo player. There is a France 98 themed one which I might go for too. And a decent 'Hand of God' one too. ;-)

£15 for international delivery takes the price to £45 for two or £60 for three etc. I might go for it.

Thanks for the XXL info, I am blessed with a similar morphology that requires thought about sizes ,if I don't want to waste my money: for example, I bought a couple of Birmingham 2022 T-shirts from the tent outside the Rep last year and they were just right. They are now a bit clingy on me and may have 'shrunk' or something. Pisses me off. I might just be a bit of a plumper.

Must admit, when I first saw this thread title I thought it was going to be selling the t-shirts which used to appear in H&V.

I had one of the Aston B6 6HE as modelled by Stan Collymore in America. It looked a lot better on him though.

I've long regretted not getting the Fred Rinder quote one from H&V.

You honestly think he was wearing it?

I went back on today and the 2 for £30 offer is still valid but international shipping is now £25. Fuck that! It's two T-shirts not two bags of sugar. FFS!

I've long regretted not getting the Fred Rinder quote one from H&V.

I had both, and despite being inferior quality, unofficial merchandise, they survived a lot longer than most of the superior quality official merchandise I ever bought
