Acuña had a look of Tevez about him, no neck, would go through you for a short cut, kind of thing.

I think Acuña would be a great buy. He’s a great character. Tough and also a clever player.

You hit the nail on the head regarding his character. The Sportingistas loved his dedication and commitment. He'll fight until the end. A real 110%er.

Reminds me of Freddie Bouma. Just a more attacking version.

Acuna looks like he has a very low centre of gravity. Imagine he'd stay on his feet quite a lot

The call him "Huevo" - "The Egg" cos he looks like a squashed brickie that you'd find in Willesden or Kilburn circa 1971-'89.

Can he head a ball? Without Mings, it would be quite nice if someone else could have a go.

That’s my worry too…defending corners thank god that Ollie has come on a bundle defending the near post but defending set pieces is gonna be scary unless Carlos, Torres step up….dont think Konsa has it in him

Zaniolo is 6'3", so should help with that too...

Isn’t the game in Athens? I suppose he could get a lift back to Blighty with the Man City lot.

Edit. You’ve edited your comment to make me look insane now!!

Fabrizio Romano has tweeted that we will try to complete the Marcos Acuña deal tomorrow.

I think the 9 yellows and 3 reds last season say he has.
