Jimmy White the snooker player is more ITK than Jim White.

Barry White saved my life
And if Barry White saved your life
Or got you back with your ex-wife
Sing Barry White(Barry White)
It's alright...

The only thing I know about Jimmy White (before my time) is that he lost, what, 7 world title finals? What I don't know is, did he bottle many of them? Or was he always just outplayed?
Hasn't he just won the world seniors three years running - or something like that. Not sure who the competition are but if he's eased off on the partying he's probably found winning a lot easier.

I saw them in Digbeth a while back. Huey Morgan had broken his leg or something so he was sat down for the entire show telling us he was on painkillers and alcohol. He was wrecked. It was marvellous.

A good ITK these days is hard to find.

ITK
Journos Gregg Evans, Ashley Preece, John Percy, Tom Collomosse.
Sky Sports:Dharmesh Sheth, Kaveh Solheko and Rob Dorsett,
BBC WM radio: Mark Regan
TalkSport: Villa contacts and news Jim White and Alex Crook, Gabby Agbonlahor.

If that’s ITK then there is no hope.

Well no fear, they aren't.

I may have posted this before I can't remember but a bit of uninteresting trivia about Jimmy White.  He was over here doing a tour playing exhibition matces etc, fell ill and he had his appendix removed in the hospital in our little town.

I only really trust what Percy writes. The rest are pretty good at guessing occasionally.

In the know is only those the club or agent choose to use to spread info…those 2 from Sky Sports really aren’t…certainly not outside of London clubs

As for the locals you can tell they aren’t exclusive, they are embargoed…for instance there may be one bit of info they are given in todays press conference that is embargoed till 10.30pm where all the local journos will tweet it.
Ah this is great information and a bit ITK in itself!
OK so that's interesting.

Well I don't know anything at all about the snooker or snooker fellow but I am made to know that:

Jim White does have associations with Aston Villa. He hosts kit debuts and award ceremonies.
He receives invitations and occasionally attends games, where he will listen to the business folk at Villa. He has a fantastic reputation within non playing side of Premier League football. And most certainly has a source in the Club's non-playing side, White truly has a soft spot for Villa but doesn't make it a major thing.
He is a dependable media source for the club when they want to release information, in Jim's words, "that is my understanding"

My Mrs nearly didn't after having hers removed there.  Locum surgeon.  She was opened up twice more after the original op, safe to say they got rid of said bloke fairly sharpish as there were other issues with him.

Yikes. Glad it all turned out okay in the end but it could be a bit iffy back in the day. I spent 3 weeks there when I was 10 after I burned my right hand quite badly and it got infected.  My Mom only told me afterwards that they had seriously considered amputating the two middle fingers. Even as a heavy metal fan I was glad they didn't.

If we do manage to enter a European competition next season, I believe 5 or 6 additional players will be required to deal with all of the games and develop the squad.
West Ham have won more European games than they have in the Premier League.
And the cost of'success' for Brighton has resulted in a backlog of games for which they lack the squad.

Emery knows how to utilise a squad, so I expect a great deal of transfer activity and even more players depending on whether or not we receive European football.

Right now, Europe would be great but I'm not turning my nose up to some domestic cup success next season. Either way we'll need a stronger squad.
