On the evidence thus far, in January I'd be improving on Konsa, Mings, Olsen and Watkins with some fucking urgency.

The centre halves are a pair of fucking dreamers, a second behind everyone else.

Young and Luiz really need to be subbed.

Shocking display! Young, McGinn awful. Wtf is young doing playing cb? Nobody is marking their attacking lb Robertson who is a Cnut anyway. I’ve only seen their 1st goal once and I’m sure they had a player coming back from an offside position. Wtf is Buendia marking van dick at corners?
We’re playing this game like we have to forfeit it having sacked the clueless scouse git.

The defence look like they're scared by having Olsen behind them.

Shouldn't be playing a high line with Olsen behind them. Tactically we have been owned first half.

Young had had his hand's full, McGinn started well but has been anonymous, Doug is mentally slower than those around him today, Bailey has been shite. Kamara had done okay and Olsen has made some good saves. Just underwhelming really.

Not a game for Young IMO.

Thought Ings should have started as they have a soft underbelly for first time in years

I can't wait for the day when we don't see sides effortlessly take the points from us at home.

Also, fucking great example of why Watkins needs replacing.

Hasn't fallen for us up front.

They're just much more ruthless when it comes to taking chances/half chances.

Absolutely baffled by the defensive set up, can't understand it or why we're persisting with it. Not pressing them really at all and a line so high you'd thought we had the worlds fastest centre halves.
Young has been awful i hate to say, Dougie looks lost, front 2 fucking shit. Be concerned if he doesn't change it at halftime

Utter garbage...the tone was set early by Watkins. I would not be upset if he never played in a Villa shirt again.

The defence were very poor. The only person to come out of that with any credit is Kamara.

Without even playing well we’ve created three decent chances. Imagine if we actually played well?

I know they are good going forward but they are shit at the back.
