Man Utd are full of players who live off the self-entitlement of being able to call themselves Man Utd players. Big contracts and privilege. Their players only show up for what they see as big games.

The best thing to do with Man Utd is ignore them.

They're becoming more irrelevant to us with each passing week

I used to dislike for being incredibly bad winners.

Not an issue any more.

I just hope thw one goal of unais next season ia just to fucking trounce manure.

Cant believe we have zero points against them. I would say thats only thing unai hasnt got right this season (but i seriously think its a mental issue) because we know we can easily fucking destroy them if we just play the way we know we can

Man United are the football equivalent to the Spice Girls
A Very big global brand that the world and his wife buy into, history of being very successful and commercially worth a fortune

Villa are The Clash, the only one that matters

Man Utd are Pachelbel's Canon in the background of a gaudy and expensive Dubai restaurant. Villa are a Brahms piano sonata in the headphones at the top of a hill on a cold autumn day.

Guardiola corrected a media member on leaving us out of the title conversation and only mentioning Man City, Liverpool and Arsenal. Of course the media member ended up being right but that’s besides the point.
Hang on, we are still in it. It’s not over till it’s mathematically over.

Indeed. If we're worried about Newcastle and Man Utd being only 13 points behind us, then surely Man City should be worried about us being only 10 points behind them?

Obviously trying to troll villa fans to call in all irate. Dont fall for his crap.

Most people know there is no chance he is leaving a CL villa if we get there for a manure on conference league. In fact id be tempted to unsettle some manure players like they have done with us over the years once we consistently become a top four club. To show them how it feels when they do it to other clubs

Their players are - to coin a phrase - ununsettlable. Nobody in the world is going to match their contracts. I'm sure the club would love someone to come along and take them, but very few teams are that rich/stupid.

Yes, the much criticised term 'Bomb Squad' comes to mind. Remember when we had Ireland, Nzobia, Richards etc cleaning us dry. A nightmare.

Man Utd (and any potential new manager) have a bigger nightmare on their hands!!!

Noel Gallagher was interviewed on Goldsteins show yesterday.  It was actually very funny when he said that if Arsenal were a kid in the playground they would be called Timmy who tries his best but just can’t seem to win the egg and spoon race but all the parents are saying ‘go on Timmy.’

The thing to remember with Unai, is that he's already been approached by a 'top 6' premier league club with a fan base that 'expects' success, and which wouldn't tolerate someone building a team and going through the associated transitional process.  It did not go well.  He's been there. Done that.

He knows full well that a move to Man Utd is not a "five-year project", regardless of how it's sold to him. It's 12-18 months to show significant improvement, or get the sack.  He's not getting time to rebuild that squad in his own image.

The only way he's moving is if he agitates for it, and I simply do not see that happening, given the infrastructure he has established around himself here.  It's not like the financial rewards would be THAT much more, surely? He's on £5m a year with us, and will probably get a raise if we qualify for the Champions League, so he's one of the top paid managers already.

Shouldn't that be "ignore it" Percy? ;-)

Having really good coaches to assist the manager is critical. Pako from back in 2016 as manager of Valencia. He might not have made it as a manager for any number of reasons but what a change from some of the dopes we’ve had coaching at the club.

On the day of the Arsenal match, Uni Emery held three squad meetings ! paying heed to the details. Three meetings in part due to training later the day before and because of the Lille match and scheduling.

Yeah, I wondered about that. How/when can you have 3 team meetings the day of a game?! Or are they all bite-sized briefings (team hotel, bus and changing room?) 20 minutes each cos footballers are thick as pigshit?
