The same reason you spelt "French" and "Spanish" that way.

It's a portmanteau to appeal to the kids. It means In Real Life Irish.

Irish History and Media Studies, loved the Irish History in particular and remember well a week long field trip to the homeland in 93, a bunch of us 17/18 years old staying in a youth hostel in Mountjoy Sq in Dublin, with the teachers staying who knows where, would never be allowed now but brilliant fun. Included trips to Tara Hill and Belfast, before the Good Friday agreement, so still armoured cars about etc and a few pints in the Crown. Great times.

I have an HNC in Government, Economics and Commerce and my take away was that there are some fundamental rules but beyond that no two economists think the same way.

I think they all agree that low supply and high demand will increase prices, which is why I brought up the economics O level.

History, Law and Business Studies A-Levels, and Psychology AS-Level because you had to do a 4th for the first year for some reason. Was that the norm?

I wonder what Emery has? I'm sure it would have been very demanding.

French, German, and Economics A-levels for me, so I can fail pathetically to understand how FFP works in three languages.

Well I bet my Gaeilge is far better than Gary's.

I have O and A Level Economics, I still don't have a clue about Villa's wage bill, or FFP but I could explain why people still attempt to obtain mythical expensive 'pints of beer' at half-time in the Trinity concourse even though it is nigh on impossible to obtain one.

My A levels were in Politics, History and Economics.

I feel uniquely qualified to explain wage bills, but also both the politics and history behind them.

Politics, Geography and Economics (plus General Studies) for me. So wage bills and where the new ground should be, and a load of completely random shit.
Economics, English, and French for me. So I can tell all my mates over here about our wage bill and the shit beer pouring.

History, R.E, Maths with Statistics and that waste of time General Studies. I'm good with numbers but can't explain FFP.

General Studies was indeed a waste of time, for me at least.

My first- and second-choice universities didn't even accept it in the grade requirements for my course.

The final General Studies exam was the morning before my last History exam in the afternoon, so I didn't show up and just spent the morning revising for the History one.
