Big clearouts always make me nervous, as I always worry what happens if it goes wrong and we've chucked the baby out with the bath water.

That said, we've basically been stagnant for the best part of two years, and with the owners we have, that's just no good enough - so if they want to do something a bit more drastic and give the new guy a completely clean slate, then so be it.  I am keeping everything crossed that Emery is everything we hope he will be.

I do find myself wondering if McPhee has a photo somewhere of Wes Edens fellating a goat.
