As I’ve said before, Unai is all about structure, structure , structure. Preparation preparation preparation.

He underestimates the power of momentum and Chi.

He’s  a very good manager and so close to being at the very top.

Oh and just reading the BBC thread, anyone “calling for his head” is a troll or a fucking idiot.

I criticised him on Saturday, but I am finding it a little harder to do that tonight. We were one stupid handball away from a really good away result in a European semifinal.  The only thing I will be critical off is the decision to start Buendia.
Agreed

The structure thing is marvellous, and it's undoubtedly got us close to where we want to be, but the players are knackered, as they were in the previous semi finals around this time. I dunno, I just think when you have no other choice you've just got to give in to chaos, in a sense, because tired players will always switch off mentally first. The PSG home leg, although we lost the tie and conceded two, was a prime example of just giving it some humpty, in the words of Ian Botham. If we structure the second leg, we'll meekly go out and be left wondering.

If Forest win with a 0-0 park the bus next week I'm jacking this shit in, life's too short!

He has to get it right next week. The performance cannot be the same as tonight.

Every so often is necessary imo. Not all the time. But sometimes, chaos can be your friend.

Why wait?
Do it now if youve lost faith.

We're actually lacking a bit of maverick unpredictability lately.

Not sure Diaby was a maverick but agree

Yeah, that's fair. Horses for courses.
