Agree with Sid, 2-1 to the Villa boys with Archer coming off the bench to score a late winner in front of the Holte. 8)

It's away.

I know.

From this Fulham fan nice to see for the third time in 5 years, it’s a bit better for us time, by this in our last 2 attempts we were already doomed, and I was already regretting getting a season ticket, I thought we would do better this time around, getting promoted automatically rather than go through the playoffs, it helps having a manager who appreciates how to use Mitrovic, the only downside is we’re conceding too many goals, on reading through your post you don’t seem too impressed with Steven G, I’m no sure about former top class players getting jobs at decent size clubs, I’m looking at Parker and Lampard here too, at least Cooper and Potter worked there way up, maybe it’s an ego thing, anyway good luck for the rest of season after Thursday of course.

Cheers, Franky. What's the story with your new stand by the way - is it fully open yet? Until that happens and Forest get a sponsor on their shirt, can they truly feel that you're back in the big time?  ;)

Well Captain McGinn has been pulled around 70 mins a few times now and hooked i think 7 out of 10 games

How long before someone, anyone else gets a chance?

Would not be surprised to see Chambers and Konza start this one.

the bottom section of stand was sold to out season tickets at the start of the season, they’ve been opening the top sections bit by bit since then they was 4 upper sections open for the Bournemouth game, though not completely full, I’m pretty sure by the end of the season it will fully open, about time too, it taken 4 years, it does seem strange that Forest have no shirt sponsorship, but it’s not such a bad thing, it does seem like there doing a Fulham lol

There's more chance of you and I playing up front for the Villa than McGinn not starting a game, Hookey.

Hoping for, but without full confidence, that we get a similar attacking performance to the first half on Sunday. Time has to be running out for Gerrard and a loss here might be the final straw. We could conceivably be in the bottom 3 by the time we play.

We never do well here, and we won't on Thursday.  Draw at absolute best, but I'm seeing a goal in each half for them and a miserable (and late) return back home.

Preparation for Fulham going well

I'm sure it's perfectly normal and just one component of our training, but seeing them playing around those metal things brings to mind the Baldrick line in Blackadder Goes Forth (to paraphrase) "these sacks should be easy to outwit in a battle situation".
