Why is McGinn hugging the left touchline when Digne gets the ball, what is he doing out there?

It feels like he's trying to be the all-action captain, popping up everywhere, but he's just constantly out of position.

Probably, keeps trying to play 'killer' passes as well but they end up being 20/80 punts that see us turnover cheap possession.
