I've not had the welcome pack. It's only been 7 weeks though since I renewed.

I phoned them because I hadn't received one from months ago and I was told there were "Production issues" - the malaise affecting the club is spread far and wide.

These so called "Memberships" are a spreading disease affecting many spectator sports and just another way of squeezing us till the pips squeak. You're supposedly given priority access to tickets but what happens when loads of people are members?? - what's that line from the incredibles movie?? - "When everyone's special then nobody is".....

My other thought on these memberships; Aren't they a bit pointless to the fan if they've already got a booking history at Villa Park?

You get access to tickets earlier, which is pretty important. Well, when we are doing well, anyway!

Gotcha. Of course, now you mention it tickets do go on sale to members before general sale.

 I live abroad. So when I do come back I try to watch the Villa with my son, it was great for us to get tickets.
