To be fair, although we’ve had less attacks than them, we look more dangerous when going forward. Also, shouldn’t their player have been sent off for that pull back on Watkins? I think with the roles reversed our defender would have got a red.

Checking in quickly. Solid work everyone. Hole 6 awaits. Good luck in the second half boys.

Watkins is causing Fernandinho lots of problems but his poor control let’s him down.

Absolutely.  If he can tidy his touch up and we get a bit closer to him when he wins the first ball.

I don't care who wins the title. It would be awesome for Villa and Wolves to rip up the script that Sky have being plugging. It's probably not going to happen but if Carlsberg made final games of the season......

There will be more opportunities for us second half, especially if it gets to 70 mins and we're still ahead.  We have got take every single one to get anything from this game.

Up to 12th as it stands but I'm not daft enough to think it will definitely finish 1-0 to us

It’s all set up for our worst nightmare really.

Beat me to it mate.

We’re all thinking it.

You've definitely seen those given as fouls and as soonas the ref gives it he has to go for a red card. It's situation like this where I'd love an option to sinbin players because I think the ref might've given it if it wasn't putting them down to 10 men for an hour.

I’ve been more than pleased with our first half. This is much, much more than I expected from us today.

No, we'll get at least a couple more.

Yep, the script is written.  Fernandinho all over the place at the back for them and could have been even better for us if Watkins' touch hadn't let him down again.  Olsen looks suspect with the ball at his feet, but on the whole it's been a good half.

If they eviscerate us in the second half I won't be that bothered, given that they are one of the most efficient teams in the world (won't say best because their football annoys me).

However, if we fuck their big day up I will be well pleased. A point or three for us would be unexpected and Greasy will have to wait for a trophy. Someone has to win the league out of Bingo and Baldy so it might as well be the Mighty You'll Never Wank Alone Reds.
