1-1 and disappointment for the most delusional, deranged fans in football (them, not us, obviously).

We definitely owe them one after our calamitous last 10 minutes back in October.  So I'll settle for them being the better side and us getting a 95th-minute winner.

I think we owe ourselves one after that last 10 mins in October Smithy....

any type of win would be great Villa, but it is going to be a tough match.

I think we revert to 2 up top and the magician behind them

We can beat these and i think we will give them a decent game

a draw would be a decent result at this time

In fairness we did get our own scarcely-deserved late winner against them at an empty Molineux last season. The El Goalzi penalty piledriver. Followed by Grealish beckoning all the team into a celebratory huddle, kind of a Goonies "Down here, it's our time!" moment. Fat lot it meant, ultimately...

My moms family from Kingswinford were all Wolves fans with the exception of one brother who was a Man City fan and her, who was a Holte End season ticket holder. I think they are similar to us at the moment and I’m thinking 1-1

I'm after a ticket and a Wolves mate has offered me one next to him. I just can't bring myself to be in the home end.

I was in the home end for the 2-3 win when Robbie Keane scored those 2 stunners. Fucking brilliant and hilarious as well. I managed to not get detected but a Villa fan a couple of rows back got chucked out, not that he was doing anything really. I sat on my hands for the most part.

I was at that game. Gary Gardner made one of his first starts from memory. The one that sticks in my head though is the 4-0 win when Angel got a couple.

That Wolves team was one of the worst teams I've ever seen in the Premier League. Our 3rd goal in particularly was a thing of utter defensive turd.

Of our recent victories against them the 4-1 shafting we gave them in the Championship was the sweetest for me. They were at the top of the league and world domination was to be a formality for the new "Real Madrid" of the black country. "Mind the gap Villa" was their nauseating catchphrase. When Bjarneson toe poked our 4th from the edge of the box I'm sure I could hear their ego's deflating from the Trinity. More of the same would be great please lads.

0-2 to Villa. Controlled performance, nothing like the villa park shocker.

I was also in the home end for that one (not the fan who got chucked out). Only time I've ever sat in the wrong end. Not celebrating the goals wasn't a problem because I was delighted even if I wasn't cheering. I found hiding my exasperation at missed chances more difficult.

Aside from the Keane crackers, the highlight was that carthorse Henry getting sent off "he ay that stupid" some bloke near me said. Think again.

As for Saturday, I am not confident. Would take a point now.
