Maybe our worst half of the season.

Diabolical with nothing to cheer or get excited about.

Hammer them at HT Steven  >:(

Douglas needs to be banned from set pieces.

It was bad, but first half against Arsenal was different level terrible.

My God yes

Luiz can fuck off as well, offers nothing but truly shit free kicks and corners.

He can take McGinn and Watkins with him.

We always seem surprised when a team close us down aggressively. We are less than the sum of our parts at the moment. Oh for that strong DCM to help us manage games.

Not very good at all that. We should be swarming all over them in central areas.

Would get Ings on as Ollie again poor.
Can't see that making any difference.

Garbage...always the same against a physical opposition.

Hopefully that wasn't our good half.

I’m tempted to switch the rugby on because this past 45 minutes has affected my Tourette’s.

Sick of this Watkins no service rhetoric. He looks miserable, sulky and generally out of sorts. He’s driving me fucking nuts. We paid £35m for the kid and he looks like we’d get more of a tune out of a 52 year old Ian Olney at the moment. Absolutely wank

This is bad - the formation doesn’t work with the players we have.  The only part of the team that looks anything near the required level  is the the when Emi or Ramsey have the ball

If this is what we’re like after a mini preseason And a great transfer window i fucking dread to think how bad we would have been otherwise

I have seen little since SG first few games that we are going in the right direction.  We have the odd ten minutes of looking class - but other than that the players look like they have no idea how to play the system and it is getting worse

Every bit as shit as the second half on Wednesday, If not worse.
We are trying to play 30mph football against a team playing 90mph. We have to match them.
Luiz, cash, Digne all very, very poor.

Completely disjointed. We've hardly played any decent football.

Our corners and freekicks have been woeful.

Cash is getting too close to the left back when he has the ball and then  has no room to cross or do anything.

Watkins totally isolated up front, but not doing anything when he has the ball, and not doing his "usual" pressing either.

Little or no movement when we get the ball.

One of the criticisms aimed at the Manager was that he had no plan B. He needs a fucker now.

What a load of crap.

Maybe Mings can pen another article on StevenG about how not everything in the garden is as rosy.

I think McGinn and Luiz are very overrated. They have eye catching moments but both give the ball away foul too much and positional sometimes poor

Pathetic. Not a single half decent performance
