This thread definitely has an edge to it.

Now it does 😎

Do people dislike The Edge? I get Bono, he oozes pretentious ******, but I don't know enough about The Edge. I mean, being known as that is a bit wanky.

The Edge is foine.

Emery after Chambers played in the win over Forest:

"Emery said: “I told him: ‘Stay ready. In practice, stay focused on everything we are doing’.

“I have included him in everything and on Saturday we needed him and he played. I am very happy for him.

“He’s appreciated in the dressing room, a very good man who I respect a lot."

But yeah, a bad apple who can't take instruction. We've just outgrown him.

Ahh you have thank you. That's good information and puts things in new light.

If not Sunday when? Was it the plan for Brighton in-between the Euros semi
Or was he always pencilled in for some time or even a start for Palace away. So when I think about it that may have always been the case a match which will be meaningless as would have qualified for Champions League and would be preparing for Europa cup final?

Whatever happens don't get injured as likely selling this summer!

His final appearance at Villa Park tonight. Sub duties
Where we are going he's expendable.
Good luck to him
And off you go now Chambers.

No I'm  getting all my thoughts out on all things before the game and before my 530pm meal.
It's fitting as well because it's last game so just acknowledging the fact.
I doubt it would have been raised if I hadn't.
I won't ever need to write on him again.
Anyway I'll reconvene after 10pm in relevant threads !
Up The Villa!

It’s not the last game.

Maybe you should have your own thread, where you can put all your thoughts and we can pop on and read them all together in one place.

If it is his last season with us all the best to him.
He always gives 100% and has been thoroughly professional.
That goal vrs Leeds will be a lasting memory

It should be his last game at Villa Park, but he might just not leave, like he did in January. Who knows.
