Another good read, Dave. Thanks! This bit made me laugh -  You can argue about whether or not the keeper had it under control but what’s beyond doubt is that it was a Villa player who scored, so therefore it should have been allowed.

forum someone posted they have a polar opposite view of things. The referee gave them nothing, refused them two stonewall penalties and fell for every trick in the book that our horrible players got up to. Oh and apparently our players are coached how to dive. Strange lot them Lesta supporters.

They are. I've told the story on here before about having a conversation in a factory canteen over there one day with a big Leicester fan, a nice enough chat without needle or 'bantz' about our respective clubs, but when he turned around to make a cup of tea I noticed a claret shirt hanging out the back from under his jacket.
I asked him if he was wearing a Villa shirt and he said yes, his nan had bought it him for Christmas a few years back.
