He gave us our self esteem and pride back, think that's the best summing up for me.

Can't wait until the Norwich game around April to give him a well deserved clap when he walks out of the tunnel (hopefully we're well clear of them and bottom 3 by then though!)

I wish him good luck at Norwich. I'm surprised he took the job, a rest and time to reflect would probably have done him the world of good but he obviously thinks he can do the job. He really is a top fella.

I think he’s done the right thing going back in. You never know when a job is going to come up next, and they seem like as well run a club as he could have hoped for, albeit with one foot back in the Championship.

Good club run by good people in a nice part of the country. Dean will do well there. He deserves to.

Yep, it is a nice town is Naughty Norwich. Watch out for the barbecues, Dean.

I  might get cheeky next year if we have a runner at Yarmuff perhaps invite Dean and Shakey to join us for some pop.

Good luck to Deano. It's a good gig for him, probably the best and most likely way of keeping himself in the Premier League circuit. If they go down they'd be in great shape to bounce straight back, and Deano would be a safe choice to do that. Really hope it goes well for him. Sometimes for all involved a change is good and a three year run in this day and age is a long time for a manager.

Norwich is a great city (I went to university there), and they're a good club. I wish him every success.

I also went to UEA and agree about the city and the club. I wish Dean every success there too.

It was my second choice after Birmingham. Nice university just a pain in the arse to get to.
