You still have a reference, whether or not you are a member. If you are a member, you link the two together.

Can’t find this information on ticket office so hopefully one of you can advise.

Friend has just bought her Claret membership but is also trying to buy a Cub membership for a child. Does the child need a separate email and fan ID in order for an adult/parent to be able to buy memberships and tickets for them?

Yes - it’s a bit of a pain. You have to be 13 to have an email address, but, regardless of age,  your ‘cub’ will need a separate email address to register their fan ID & get a digital membership in order to buy tickets.

For what it’s worth, gmail accounts ignore dots so Johnsmith@gmail.com, John.smith@gmail.com, and j.o.hnsmith@gmail.com will all arrive at the same inbox.

Apple, Google and Microsoft all have mechanisms for children to have parental controlled email addresses.

Having said that, I have more than one email address and use one for me, one for my son and my wife's for my daughter.

There used to be such thing as a heroes & villains email address! Do these still exist?
