I've mentioned this before, but a limited edition H&V African Car Reverser t shirt would sell like hot cakes.

Many years (20+) I used to live on the isle of dogs. Used to hate getting off the DLR at Mudchute on the way home on the lead up to bonfire night.  All kids would hide in the bushes next to the platform and launch rockets and all sorts at the people getting off the train walking along the platform. I used to get off at Crossharbour one stop earlier and walk the extra 500m or so. A lot safer! Little bastards!

I was hoping that Fireworks and Knives was the latest offering from African Car Reverser, giving the Guy Fawkes nod to the Junior Murvin Classic only to find its the home of Grindr Freddy and the Dreamers.*

Anywhere around Merseyside is a no go area on Mischief Night (30 Oct), when all the feral scumbag kids go on the rampage, damaging cars and launching fireworks at anybody unfortunate enough to be in the vicinity. They were launching at them at planes taking off from the airport one year. When I lived on the edge of Skelmersdale it was a night to hide your car and stay in with the curtains shut.
