Reading this thread has been far more  enjoyable than watching the match.

To add a second striker to your team yet make it look like you haven't got even one is quite an achievment. Surely the fact that it looks like they have twice as many players as we have is proof that this formation is bordering on suicidal.

Two quality strikers isn't the problem.. shoe-horning them into this non-sensical formation/system, is.

Dean is going to get himself fired with drivel like this.. although, I'm not hoping for it. Unmotivated, inept, disjointed.

This is pathetic. Oh, and Emi Buendia wake tf up.

I still wouldn't mind seeing Watkins play wide.

The way we have played so far makes me think that going in for the break just one goal down is a good result for us so far.

Is that all it is? I forgot we were playing, did the weekly shop, then read the last page of this and presumed we were 4 or 5 down.

Poor performance so far, I take it?

Yeah that's a penalty, ffs.

All because of a useless Buendia FK.

Formation is abysmal, Smith living on borrowed time and out of his depth. Never a top manager for as long as I have an arsehole and no grealishto get us out of a corner. Formation change has made us look terrible compared to last season Back to cornalties, thanks set piece coach,. Total shit all round.

Our attacking tactic once we have the ball that is is just to launch it forward.

Desperate, desperate stuff.

Well that first half was simply terrible, but what's interesting now is whether Smith will be able to bring about any improvement in the second half. if he doesn't, I reckon he's in trouble.
