It’s the nature of things that good people move on. Assistant managers want a crack at being a manager, etc. It’s rarely if ever convenient.

One way of looking at it and has been proven, players eventually zone out listening to the same voice, seeing the same faces and slightly lose that interest they might of had early on. Of course, Unai is always ( hopefully ) going to be the figure head but I'm sure new players, new staff bring out a freshness in the players already there, including the gaffer.
