Sensational for us at his best. A joy to watch.

Sadly those days appear long gone, so best for all parties that he moves on. I hope when he does get his move he’s remembered with more respect than he’s currently getting from sections of our fanbase.

I've not seen anywhere it's a 5 year deal. I'd be stunned if it was but seeing as we awarded the same to Shay Given at 35, well there are daft people out there. Anyway, shame it didn's work. He will have some brilliant moments for us to remember him by. The goal that stands out for me is the first at the Emirates in a 2-0 that all but ended the title hopes for tarquins. Nothing better than seeing their souls crushed.

Being a Villa player, shockingly, he's 28.

He’ll be 29 in a few weeks.

Seem reports Hull might be pulling out of buying Bailey. Hopefully not true.

Could be a negotiating tactic. 'Season-long loan with non-mandatory option to buy' incoming.

He’ll be out of contract at the end of the season won’t he?

That's correct, so there won't be any obligation to buy.  Got to get rid of him.

That's something at least. Still, it'd be nice to get a few bob for him now, not to mention the wages off the books.
