Haven't seen the game, apart from the highlights but the radio commentary strongly suggested that Leon and the ball weren't getting on too well.

People where so quick to forget just how poor he was last season. That performance on Saturday was no less then I've come to expect from him. His decision making is dreadful and rarely does he show any vision for a decent pass anywhere on the pitch. If he's caught anywhere close to the halfway line, he get's flustered. If he beats a man, he's got to beat another 3 before looking up.

I appreciate that us bringing him back was a necessity and I'm not saying we won't see a few bits of quality from him as the run in commences, he'll probably get a few nice looking assists and maybe even a goal or two, but we outgrew him a season and a half ago.

We absolutely have to prioritize the right side in the Summer window. I'm all for signing interesting, cheaper prospects generally, but if Alysson doesn't show much before the end of the season then we have to look at spending good money on proven RW talent.

I’d be going all out for that Outtara at Brentford.

I don't think he is back here because Emery thinks he is the long term solution to the RW position.

This is a short term fix so 'solving' Bailey is probably not a priority.  We should simply get behind him and hope that this (blind) faith raises his game for the next four months or so. As we know, a fit and confident Bailey is good enough, the problem is getting him there.

I’d be going all out for that Outtara at Brentford.

He cost them £40 odd million so they'd want £50m+ to justify the sale.  I'm not sure he is worth that.  We'd be better off just lifting out the whole Bournemouth scouting team.

I think his best games were when he had Diaby alongside him.
