The current rules do not prevent repulsive clubs funded by disgusting regimes, like PSG and Man City, from winning lots of trophies. They stop teams competing with them.

By all means introduce some rules which are genuinely fair. Not those purely designed to protect the estalished Super League twats.

My take is quite simple: how can Chelsea spend so much and, presumably, offer amazing wages, when they lose £264m in the last year and have no significant Euro dollars to benefit them in the next season?
I get that Redmanc, Spuds, Arse and Liverpool can do it based on location and/or historic revenue-building but the Chelsea bastards are the outlier.

It is but is it that much different to one AVFC with £378m revenue, £100m odd loss? All the clubs including the greedy six are using every rule they can to remain compliant I don’t know why anyone is shocked or surprised by this. And as I said Chelsea are the masters of the higher turnover clubs at player trading to create compliance. I’d also add that a loss shown in your P & L is not necessarily directly translatable to SCR calculations.

Half a billion in revenue from a lucrative academy, good player trading, selling a car park, two hotels and the women’s team, won the club World Cup, are in England (lucrative TV deal), UEFA prize money.

Not me, I want NFL-style commercial revenue sharing. The league would be much more exciting if Villa don't have to sell their best players, and the same applies to Bournemouth, Brighton and Hull.
