I would have thought if footage exists they would have used some it in someway on Villa TV at least.

Also, don't Comcast have fingers in the required pies?

Comcast put up the cash for the Atairos investment fund, which now owns about 30% of the club. There is some kind of arrangement that within a certain time-frame (5/10years?) it (Comcast) will/might take ownership of a percentage of the fund’s assets.

I can't imagine Unai wanting to give access to training and meetings. It would be an unnecessary distraction and at worst, set him up for ridicule that the average bone-headed non-Villa has only started to relinquish begrudgingly in recent times. And we seem a well-run ship, low on in-fighting and drama. Where would the entertainment and sex come from?
Now if the cameras had been rolling from 2014 to 2019, that I would watch in hindsight-horror.

If it will help out the Villa, I'm more than willing to do my share of the sex.

^^ We’re a bit better off on the “total owed” chart that was posted.

Could you post that chart too please? Is this basically what we owe as of now?

Cash flow isn’t an issue for us, is it?

The payment of transfer fees is just moving the value in assets from cash to the player’s registration, isn’t it?

The key part for SCR is the amortisation of the registration.

Maybe someone with accounts knowledge can explain if this is an issue beyond cash flow.

I believe that is correct. And all of this is within payment terms you'd imagine.

Yes, The transfer agreement between clubs will determine the payment terms.
You can not draw any solid conclusions from these numbers in isolation unless you have an understanding of Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet and P&L Account.

The charts do tell a story of sorts - e.g., Sunderland had a broadly low spend in the Championship, Everton were more or less embargoed in the preceeding seasons, Liverpool spent very little in summer 2024 (but loads in summer 2025, that would not appear on this chart).

But there will be a degree of nuance that you cannot infer without the other primary financial statements - e.g., having a large volume of outstanding payables might simply be broadly attributable to the effective negotiation of payment terms.

But given our recent transfer market woes, I think you can safely rule Villa out on that front.

They’re both there now (just in case you missed it).
