This is part of new measures under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 (ECCTA) that aim to improve data accuracy and tackle unlawful activities on the register.

They’ll know which ones are run as fronts for crims because they’ll be the ones who haven’t confirmed their future activities will be lawful!
^^ My mate and his missus were online, sorting out their trip to Vegas to get married and she was posed the question ‘do you plan to carry out a terrorist act’?The screen jumped and she clicked ‘yes’.They had to be interviewed at the US embassy in Belfast to convince them it was a mistake.

I remember flying to the US in the 1980s and the card you'd fill in on the plane before landing made you tick a box to say you'd had nothing to do with the Nazis. The original Nazis, the 1940s ones.
