A question. Last accounts wages shot up from £194m to £252m. Is that likely to be (a) because it was 13 months instead of 12 and (b) owing to bonuses for qualifying for the Champions League. Therefor we should see a natural 7% reduction because it's one month less and also a reduction in bonuses as we only qualified for the Europa?
If Forest qualify for Europe again this Season, am I right in thinking they will also find UEFA's spending rules a lot more inhibiting?
