Bizarre opinion considering he was very bright yesterday.

Yeah thought it was an encouraging performance considering it was his first start for a while.

His work rate was superb yesterday. And almost proceed a goal for Ings with a superb pass. Good save by the dog head gk.

He's improving and will get better.
There were some positive signs to his display yesterday.

Buendia was excellent in the first half - his movement and eye for a pass were sublime.
Second half, he spent more time chasing the ball and we saw less of what he's really good at. When Bailey is playing Buendia will have a field day.

So will Ollie hopefully, that's basically why we signed them both.

Think the warranty period is finished anyway, they won’t give us a refund now.

Buendia right, Watkins central, Bailey left is our best front 3. Ings is a very good striker, but limits the way you play going forward. He has to fight it out with Watkins for me.

Yep.  We don't have to start every player every game and we need to get out the mindset that Watkins and Ings are undroppable.

He is going to be a star.
You can just see it.
He also has a bit of vim about him too.

Agreed. I wonder if Dean is still haunted by Joe and Barkley's sulking antics at being subbed last season?

With the way Watkins is playing - his speed of thought and action seem way off last season - would it not be Ings in the starting berth?

He needs players like Bailey, Traore & Sanson, players of similar technical ability around him.

Like the team as a whole his season hasn't really started yet.
