Has there been any official statement on Barkley? I don't expect him to come back, but I haven't seen the club announce anything.
How much do we reckon that saves in salary?
IT HAS BEEN A PRIVILEGE TO PLAY FOR THIS FOOTBALL CLUB.AT THE BEGINNING OF THAT TIME THE CLUB WAS IN A PRECARIOUS POSITION IN A LEAGUE WHERE IT DIDN'T BELONG!FOUR AND A HALF YEARS LATER THE CLUB IS IN A WONDERFUL PLACE WITH OWNERS WHO PLAN TO TAKE IT BACK TO THE VERY TOP ECHELONS OF FOOTBALL!HOWEVER SMALL A PART, I'M PROUD TO HAVE BEEN PART OF THAT PROCESS.FANS AND MEMBERS OF STAFF THAT HAVE SERVED THE CLUB FOR SO LONG, NOW HAVE A SMILE ON THEIR FACE AND ARE FULL OF OPTIMISM!ON BEHALF OF ME AND MY FAMILY, THANK YOU. UTVNEIL TAYLOR
I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone involved with Aston Villa Football Club, it was an honour to have played here. I've had 4 four great years and have enjoyed the highs and lows. I am leaving knowing that I played my part in putting the club back where it belongs. The squad here is awesome and I know it will only get better with the vision and guidance of the owners.A big thank you to the manager, coaching staff and all at Bodymoor Heath! But a special thank you, to you the supporters. You've been massively missed this season through the pandemic but will be hopefully back next season to cheer the lads on.I have been given the opportunity to maybe come back here in a coaching capacity one day, but that's for another day! But until then, UTV !!!
What classy statements by both. Our recent renaissance is as much down to the quality of person we've brought in as the quality of player. Elmo and Taylor can both be proud of the role they played in bringing us back and keeping us there and Heaton is very clearly respected by this teammates too.
Class from Elmo and Taylor. Anything from Heaton?
