Has anyone managed to get through on the 0333 323 1874 number?My mother has been trying all week because she needs to speak to them about my dad's ticket renewal. She isn't really an "e-mail" type of person so they are a bit stuck if no one ever answers the phone!Is there any other number she could call?Cheers,BCV.I renewed mine and my sons season tickets on that phone number last week as I needed to speak to someone about something first otherwise I’d have just done it online. Unfortunately it did take a few hours of constant calling and listening to music etc, but once I did finally get to speak to someone it all went through very easily. It’s just a case of keep calling until you get through and then when you do there will be a long wait listening to music until someone picks up. Staff are still working from home so it says.
Finally, a week after I emailed, the TO have replied.As expected, they will not allow me to opt out for the season or delay renewal.Therefore, I now have a Yes/No decision to make.They also have no explanation as to why I was not sent the email saying that renewals had started.
I don't think they'll check so if you have a friend who would be willing you could sell them your ticket and then be back again next season? Not an ideal solution, admittedly.Re: those that want a season delay.
I have renewed but have never received an email asking me if I wanted to. I only found out that you could renew on here.
