Happy with that and must have been a good game for the neutrals here to watch . 34 shots on goal tonight the most in any game so far this tournament

just gutted i won't be in Rome this weekend  . had planned it last year too

Hopefully Italy beat switzerland tonight .

Well done mate! I was very pleased for you. Heroic 2nd half effort.

Well played Wales. Turkey have already confirmed themselves as the most disappointing team of this tournament.

I'm sure I saw one given earlier in the tournament. Anyhow. Well done wales.

I think a player can't stand off the pitch and then come into play which is what the ref /lino called for that one. Didn't see it myself though but read elsewhere that was what it was.

Loved the fact that Wales did the exact opposite of what Savage wanted and scored again. That lad up front was pretty heroic.

As for Savage, he really is the most appalling “pundit”.

Really enjoyed that game - what’s your issue with the Welsh, cd?!! We’re in Wales for the last group game next week so hopefully they’ll go through!

I wanted Wales to go out purely because of Savage. I never thought I'd say this but let's hope all their remaining games are on ITV.

The Swiss lose every anthem contest they're in. Another absolute defeat today.

Hoping Italy win this so no doubt the Swiss will pull off a shock.

Dinas, congratulations on Wales' fantastic performance and result.  Although Turkey's performance  has come in for some criticism, it's worth bearing in mind that Turkey were effectively playing at home today, and that they have fairly recently gained 7 points out of a possible 9 in world cup qualifying games (including games against the Netherlands and Norway, so they're no mugs).

I usually don't mind Savage but thought he was very unprofessional today. Babbling like a drunken fan at the end rather than co-commentating even when pushed for a remark by Steve Wilson during the shemozzle in the penalty area.

Italy are so good in midfield, doing to the swiss exactly what they did to Turkey in the last round, just so good at changing the point of attack, it must be exhausting to defend against this.

I hate savage, but you can’t knock him for showing emotion when one of the minnows of the tournament perform so well.

Swiss have got pretty lucky there, probably the right call but it was all a bit too easy, there's an inevitability about this so far.

Completely agree, I actually quite enjoyed his “keep it in the corner” rant.
