Does the email go to the lead name in the group, or does everyone in the group get  an individual email?

Yeah, I’d guess the lead name in the group, whoever booked and paid for all the tickets.

Probably 72 hours means exactly that - 72 hours before kick off, rather than 72 hours being 3 days which is what I thought it meant

There's still 27 seats available for this game if anybody hasn't got one yet.  I'm not sure if it's open to everone who entered the initial ballot as the e-mail said they had done a second chance ballot.

Well our group hasn’t had an email and can’t get into the ticketing site so I’m not sure what’s happening there!

so, two friends of mine have been able to get Chelsea tickets, but when I have tried via website and app, the tickets are not showing only Liverpool!! Anyone else had this or know what is going on. I see a second ballot mentioned but apparently no mention of this on site just tickets available, very frustrating.

My email said tickets were only going to be made available until 4pm.

Yes my friends email said 4pm, but he didn't see the email and still got his ticket at 8.30, rang me hence the panic, but i didn't get an email.

The e-mail for Chelsea tickets said there had been a second ballot and I had been successful in that.  I'm not sure if thats true or if it was just everybody who missed out on the first ballot.  If you didn't get an e-mail then yes, perhaps you were just very unlucky and didn't make the second ballot either?
