the article does not seem to be showing the purslow plans. The pictures included in the article seem to be a hybrid between the Purslow plans and the final plans. They do not include the big villa live building.

And Xia had a  tech smart town plan for Aston/Witton. The whole district has been flirted with by successive regimes.

How many will the new North Stand hold? I did wonder if SI were simply describing the public space behind the North Stand. Drawings in the past have shown it as an open plaza etc.

Around 12.5k I think.

I imagined it was the plaza and the area up around the statue, too.
