I think that after the increase in capacity, the  next priority will be to better capture the spend of the people who turn up, including the 43k who already come. That could feasibly make more difference than extra seats that you might have to sell cheaper to fill, making extra spend on increasing capacity completely futile.

Local businesses seem to think investing money around the ground will be profitable, I’d like to see us do more of that.

I get Chris’s point about the North, but with the space behind and current objectives achieved, we may go back and use more space behind in the future.
