Are they having to adjust the Trinity or DE stand roofs as part of this as well?  Hard to tell for sure from the drone footage, but it does seem as though expanding back and to the side of the existing structure will mean the roof on those stands will obstruct the view.

The comments in that video state that there are utilities than run under the core of the North Stand so knocking it down would put the build time back ?

I saw something else, I don’t know if it’s relevant.
Aren’t there VAT rules that differ between a complete new build and a renovation ?
