Such an unfortunate word, vomitory. Couldn't God or whoever, have thought-up something else?

It is not fit for purpose , too much like vomit
That's exactly where vomit comes from.  It's from latin.

Gosh really ,  every day is a school day

Both concerned with exiting. Strictly, the people exiting through the vomitories
are vomit.

Are the stewards vomiters?
Are we vomitees?

Now that's made me think of Vimto!

Apparently it’s from Vim and Tonic.

I prefer Ginto myself.

It is, vim coming from Latin, and tonic from Greek.

Vimto is the King of soft drinks. Love it all, whether it's the cordial with sparkling water, fizzy pop, or the concentrated fruit syrup over ice-cream. In fact, I'll have a cheeky gin and Vimto later during the football.
