Drawing shows changes to the Trinity lower vomitories too, similar to the recent changes in the North and Holte. More optimisation of the existing 'bowl'.

Plans for the North look sensible, allows the stand to remain open for the most part whilst new elements are built around it.

If true, I think they have watched how Liverpool did their stand, without losing the stand for a season, and gone with it. Also probably saving  a bomb on Purslows effort . Would give them cash to do something with the Doug Ellis, which is much needed.

I like the design, fits in with the other stands better. Takes capacity back up to where we were 40yrs ago...
Not sure those plans have any legitimacy it could just be someone on twitter making a mock up on his computer.

Or a leak to float the boat to see how we all react before committing to something

I'm slightly suspicious of the tunnel in the corner because that was part Purslow's plans. The convincing part is the consultant name on the pic unless anyone knows otherwise?

I think it does look legit. It’s clearly feasibility/ optioneering work, but I don’t know when it was done (i.e. before or after the Purslow NS planning application). It’s the same architects, but there are a series of other company logos on the bottom of the page. Are any of them linked to the new influx of board members?

Grimshaw in particular are massive (in terms of reputation), I doubt they'd take it lightly if their name was put against anything fake.

It says its the feasibility study - so when they find out doug built it on the cheap we’re buggered.

The design team’s logos in the bottom corner is good attention to detail if that’s the case.

If it is exploritory, I wonder if they'll find the £700k that went missing during its construction?

Core Five were the Cost Consultants previously and their logo is there.

I think it’s Heck’s ‘Stadium bowl optimisation’ study. It looks like it’s just about how many GA seats can be added. If you were going to increase the capacity of the NS to that extent, you’d want to add a lot of space below the seating, especially if there’s lots of GA+, which doesn’t seem to be shown.

I think the last people whose opinions matter to them are the fans

What have they done with the office space in there given that's all been moved to the store? Add that to the space saved to removing some of the boxes and it gives some extra space.
