Which city has a bigger population than Birmingham? We aren't the second city.

So if Birmingham is the UK's biggest city, then the club that carries its name must be....

Not sure if Im missing something here? London 7 million plus, Brum just under a million, Liverpool just over a hundred thousand less than Birmingham is 3rd.

Has ChatGPT entered the room? The city of liverpool has a population of around 500k. Brum’s is 1.1m.

Where does Manchester end and Salford begin?

The Sainsbury's as you head towards the fly over.

Where does Manchester end and Salford begin?

Right in the city centre, on the other side of the River Irwell. Cross the bridge where the Lowry Hotel is, and all that side is Salford.

The City of London has a population of 11,000.
Oh that old chestnut! You had us confused there. In reality London is around 8m. Birmingham 1.2m That's purely city boundaries before you start counting the actual conurbation sizes or metro area.

Nah, that's Greater London. Birmingham is biggest city.

Ultimately, Birmingham is the most important city.

All the rest can fuck right off, the horrific slums.

Yes, technically Birmingham is the biggest city in the U.K. in terms of population because to be classed as a city you have to have royal assent ( or something similar), the City of London has a population of about 10,000, whereas the population of Greater London has about 8 million. Apparently Carlisle is the biggest city in England in terms of square foot because it's boundaries include several farms that extend out for a considerable distance.

Please, can people stop firing out incorrect numbers.
