Was it always £50m that had been allocated? Not knowing anything about it at all but it seems that 2 upgraded stations plus, a tram line and the improvements in Coventry feels as though it should cost a lot more.

Let’s hope they spend the money on the immediate upgrades for Villa Park, and then government finances collapse.
