Usjk deserved that. I don’t know if that’s the limit to what Joshua can do, but you feel like he isn’t boxing to his strengths.

Usjk might have won anyway, he’s a brilliant fighter. But Joshua looked badly prepared and unsure.

AJ is odd.  He blows hot and cold.   Yes he was outboxed but he just looked disinterested.

Joshua is so stiff and robotic. His feet are so planted they grow roots. I'd like to see hin with a trainer that gets him moving and letting his hands go

Joshua’s attributes are power and strength, or at least they’re what differentiate him. The problem is that since the first Ruiz fight he’s got concerned. He was never going to out box Usjk - he needed to use that power. It could have left him exposed, which brings risk, but to win that fight he had to dominate the first half of it.

If I was AJ, don’t bother with rematch. He’ll get outboxed again. Totally outboxed.  Fury beats both.

He has to have a rematch.

If Joshua wants a rematch, and I suspect he will, he has to be the best fighter he can be. That is a power fighter, with some pretty devastating punches. He’s a fine boxer, but he’s never out boxing Usjk. He’s got to accept there’s a risk of getting caught and stopped in order to move forward. To utilise his world class attributes he has to leave himself open. He might lose, but he might win. It’s better than trying to outbox Usjk, which will never work, and end up losing in a meek way.

I never thought AJ was Ali, but I thought he had the size & reach advantage, intelligence, power and precision to beat Usyk.

Credit to Usyk.

IF Fury beats Wilder, I think it's fair to say we'd be looking at the best two in the world if we saw a Fury/Usyk fight. Who could argue?

Not that I think Usyk is a better heavyweight than AJ, but what can you say? Suddenly I don't think it's unrealistic to say that Fury undoubtedly is the best heavyweight out there right now. And we just witnessed that AJ probably isn't.

Why would Fury even take the AJ fight now that he’s lost all his belts? I’m not sure how these things work or who the next challenger would be for Fury if he beats Wilder, but I have a feeling that the Fury vs AJ fight may never happen now. Also, I just don’t see how AJ beats Fury if it does happen.

Eubank fight off, due to Muratov not been cleared to fight, following a medical test.

That'll make a poor card worse.

I think White will be next up for Fury, while Usyk has the rematch with Joshua.
