Long time since I watched Lord of the Rings. Nice to put a face to the voice of the orcs.

Goal should have stood anyway as no way was Leno stopping that shot.

Goal should have stood anyway because I wanted it to. I'm happy to be biased.

The bit about Bellerin eating a plant every 5 minutes..haha. Oh dear.

They make me watching Villa look serene.

Only saw bits and pieces of the match and none of the goals yet as I was getting ready for work this morning. Knew it was 1-0 at half time and when I went to check the score on the guardian website they had a picture of an arsenal player having a shot which usually means they’re winning or just scored and I thought ‘bastards!’ Then saw the final score was 3-0 and nearly cheered out loud on the train! Will watch in full tonight. Bits I saw, arsenal looked average and we looked really good. Up the fkn VILLA !! Deano and the boys have MVGA... to borrow a catchphrase. Cheerio Donald. What a weekend!

Pepe and Partey represent around £120 million in transfer fees alone and both are wank.

They’re not, just playing Villa when we’re on is very difficult.

Just seen the highlights on MOTD 2.  Thankfully didn't matter in the end, but from the one cursory replay of the 'non-goal' it showed from behind McGinn, it didn't really look like Barkley was in Leno's eyeline.  Looked like he had a decent sight of it.
The law says: a player in an offside position at the moment the ball is played or touched by a team-mate is only penalised if he prevents an opponent from playing or being able to play the ball by clearly obstructing the opponent’s line of vision.

There is no universe in which Barkley prevented Leno from playing the ball as even if Barkley hadn't have been stood there Leno wouldn't have got within a yard of the shot.
