Back in Brum having a groin op (minor one) apparently hasn’t been fully fit since January.

I didn't realise he had been carrying an injury. That makes his performance's a little more impressive with that knowledge and also perhaps explains his lack of covering back.

Speedy recovery Bert, see you in August, hopefully.

We need a new signing to relegate Traore to the bench. Not good enough or consistent enough to take us where we want to go.

Another one?

Anyway, IMO, he is good enough, but I agree with you on the consistency. I think he’ll improve.

If Targetts second season is anything to go by we are in for a treat!!!

If he's stuck in Brum for the summer, recovering, you could meet-up with him once nightclubs are opened again. I bet the man is a demon on the dancefloor.

If, if, if..let's not do it the Everton Way. 35 years in transition. Rise up you Villans! If he's good enough he'll show it.

Bert was much better than I expected.  Looking forward to seeing him next season.

With the signing of Buendia who will hopefully be at least as creative as Traore, Bert will have to understand that he can't do the square root of fuck all defensively any more.

Come on, that's not fair. Who can forget his series of hilariously miscued clearances?

Yes, they totally baffle the opposition. They totally baffle the fans too and the management…his own players, in fact everyone.  They’re so different to any other type of clearance they are a new form of attack.

I’m still waiting for this to be turned into a video with that ‘Take on Me’ recorder music in the background.

The Craig Gardner one is a favourite.
