Emi really made a howler and despite how poor we were playing, 11v11 second half is a completely different game. I just can't understand why he body checked the player though. He had time and options but ultimately made the poorest decision possible. He is gone and after all the great games hes had, it's sad to end with what was such a negative...

Abysmal decision. We'd been on the back foot most of the half but this pushed it into miracles needed territory. As someone else has already said, the refereeing blunder has taken the focus away from Emi's moment of madness.

Despite all that, I hope he stays, however unlikely it might seem.

Should have stayed where he was and taken his chances in a 1 on 1 with Hojilund. He didn’t need to sprint out. Better to have conceded than go down to 10. Plenty of time to get back in the game.
Really poor decision making

He hasn’t been that good this season.
Bye bye.

If we get £50m and have a replacement lined up, so be it. If not, sell others. His wages and age will be huge in the thinking. And that his fee is fully paid off.

I want him gone now - he's been amazing, but we've also been amazing for him - I think his acting up and lack of concentration has cost us one too many times now. Let's end it here and he can leave with a good ending.

Isn’t his ‘acting up’ what makes us love him and opposition fans hate him, a shithouse bastard that people often say we need more of in our team.
His concentration is fine, certainly no worse than other goalkeepers, probably part of the reason he’s won the World Cup, Copa America and been voted the best goal keeper in the world twice over the last few years. He fucked up yesterday, but for me that’s not a reason to want him gone.

Having had a night to think on it I still cannot believe he made such a bad decision.

It was pretty much a formality he was going anyway.  Now I fear he will one of many thanks to missing the 100 million pot of gold and the massive financial crisis that seems to be unfolding

Amazed that people still don’t think our owners and Unai’s team know what they are doing.

Let’s hope Small Heath don’t come knocking and take advantage of this mass exodus.

I know loads of people do it, but I can’t imagine many existences more sad than being an internet troll. Imagine spending a good portion of your life posting about stuff just to try and generate a negative reaction - how weird and sad it must be if that’s something you want to do in your life.
