If we need a sale for PSR and he is volunteering it is what it is. Better that than a points deduction or selling Bouba for peanuts. Assuming he doesn't go somewhere else in England. If we have PSR under control and this is an unexpected request to leave it is pretty disappointing as it feels like we are on the cusp of something great only to be set back by a key departure, which is kind of our story for as long as I can remember.I'm hoping we will make the top 5, renew Bouba, sign Rashford, extend Watkins & Mings, squeeze through PSR somehow and Emi will do an 'I'm not leaving' u-turn. Then we win the league and everyone's happy.

Chevalier looked quite good when we played Lille and he's only 23.

But its about as close to ‘in the know’ as Ive ever been and ever likely to get, so Ill lord it up thank you very much….and hope its all nonsense as my love for big Emi far outweighs my ego.

I don't care who they are. Once they ask to leave us after we have made them incredibly wealthy (and in his case rescued him from Arsenal's reserves) they become twats.
