I guess whatever works for the guy, but one of these days he's going to look a right fool. Hopefully years in the future, playing for someone else.

Why will he look a fool? He’s fucking ace. And his aura is massive. He doesn’t need to save everything or be perfect. He intimidates opponents and pisses off fans. That can’t be always be measured in what he does on the pitch. And the boost in confidence he gives all of us is immeasurable.

I’d rather have him on my team than against me!

That one against Fernandez was my favourite ever.  Telling Ronaldo to take the penalty.

And then later in the season he threw one in at VP against him. Hasn't stopped him, it's who he is.

I'm thinking only of his own wellbeing!

I dunno, maybe I'm soft, but I'd be pretty embarrassed if I was giving it all that winding people up and then lost a big game by a couple of poor goals, or on a penalty shootout. Maybe he's thicker skinned than the average human though.

(To be clear, I'm not complaining. If it works for him, crack on.)

He has won so many games for us and that’s what matters. And will continue to do so. So I couldn’t care less if a mistake lost us a game. And certainly don’t care what any opponent might think. The odd top notch keeper aside, they would all want him as their keeper.

Also, in an era of quite boring, safe, media-managed personalities, we have one of the players that the world cannot ignore. He's carving out a fantastic story and I love so much that he's an invested Villa player.

Just Emi wearing a cap with Argentina's wins including the WC versus France as he heads to France. Footy won't be happy at the level of shithousery that might be on display tomorrow evening.
He’s such a twat. But he’s our twat, and I wouldn’t have him any other way :)

In one of those bags he has a live Rooster that he is going to sacrifice in the centre circle of the pitch after we've beaten them.

It's a strange selection of luggage.  I can't tell if he's off to a Champions League Quarter final, or arriving to service the boiler.
